Neighbors are apparently still in the dark about Brooklyn Heights' decoy townhousewhich is actually an MTA-owned facility for electrical equipment and tunnel access. People who live by 58 Joralemon Street have all kinds of conspiracy theories about it. "Sometimes when I walk by at night there's like a glow, like an orange glow through the cracks, it's like something out of Ghostbusters," says one resident. Others think "[t]hat it's an escape route. That it's haunted." Nope, clarifies a Brooklyn historian. Just a city-owned ventilation system. Nevertheless, "It looks like something out of A Clockwork Orange."[WPIX; previously]
