St. George, the winner of the Curbed Cup, just unveiled its latest crop of waterfront condos. Developed by Meadow Partners, which bought the building when it was in foreclosure and re-did it from the ground up, the 101-unit building is located in Bay Street Landing, which is a gated community not far from the ferry pier that has some existing condo and co-op residences. It's a mix of studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, and the amenities are plentiful, to say the list. For The Accolade alone, there's a resident's lounge with a bar and catering kitchen, private dining room, seating area, and game tables for ping-pong, pool, foosball and cards. Then there's a golf simulator, a kids' play room, a gym, a pet spa, conference and screening rooms, an attended lobby, on-site parking, an on-site resident manager, landscaping and snow removal, and an ATM. The apartments on the market right now range from a studio for $300,000 to a 3BR/2.5BA penthouse for $1,095,000. The photos look pretty good, but still, Staten Island listings cracking the $1M mark? Commenters, have at it.
The Bay Street Landing community offers even more shared amenities. They include: 24-hour security, a tennis court, a barbecue and picnic area, a playground, and a dog run.
