This multi-family house at 280 West 4th Street was not able to find a buyer when it was listed in 2010 for $13 million, possibly due in part to a disjointed renovation that appears to be of a few different time periods. Now, the 1840s brick four-unit home has been re-listed for $10 million. Although one previous owner is architect Steven Mensch, it is unclear whether or not he is responsible for the renovation as he sold the house to an LLC in 2005, getting $7 million.
