A two-story townhouse on the western border of Crown Heights will be replaced by a seven-story apartment building. Brookland Capital filed plans that call for seven units in 10,381-square-feet of space. The architects are Isaac & Stern. Demolition permits have not yet been filed to raze the existing structure, which sits at 807 Washington Avenue between Eastern Parkway and Lincoln Place. [Brownstoner]
