21W20 Unveils Two Full-Floor Apartments Asking $2M-Plus

New, 3 comments

Two floor-through apartments at the unbuilt 21W20 development have hit the market. The identical two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments are comprised of 1,302-square-feet of state-of-the-art everything, and are asking $2.495 million and $2.69 million for the third and sixth floor units, respectively. The pricing reveals are accompanied by a new, shared floorplan that shows the bedrooms set towards the back of the building with an open layout throughout the entertaining space.
Details on these apartments come as part of a slow leak of information regarding the Beyer Blinder Belle-designed and Gale International-developed building of 14 units. Earlier we reported that 21W20, which brands itself as having a "discreet collection of rooftop homes"—whatever that means—will offer its four, or three if the buyer choses to combine, penthouse units for $13.25 million upwards to a staggering $35 million.
