Public Advocate Letitia James has filed an official complaint against Stonehenge Village, the Upper West Side apartment building that opened a gym and told the rent-stabilized tenants they weren't allowed to use it. James cited a 2008 law that prohibits discrimination based on income, writing, "The policy by Stonehenge to deny access to the gym to rent stabilized tenants appears to be a violation of the anti-discrimination laws of the city."
