A 4,000-square-foot loft at 102 Prince Street in Soho just sold for $13.8 million, which is $800,000 more than it was listed for and $4.9 million more than it sold for just last March. It's the highest price ever paid for a non-penthouse apartment in the neighborhood. What makes the flip even crazier is that no changes have been made since March 2013, and the unit does not have a washer/dryer and the building has no doorman. [NYP; previously]
