Uniqlo Gets Artsy; The Biggest Store Openings of 2014

And now, the latest from Racked NY, shopping and retail from the sidewalks up...

1) Midtown: Uniqlo partnered with the Museum of Modern Art to launch a 200-product line of art-inspired clothing. The clothes, which pay tribute to the works of Andy Warhol, Jean-Michel Basquiat, Keith Haring, Jackson Pollock, and more, are for sale at the Uniqlo's Fifth Avenue flagship.

2) Downtown: The three most highly anticipated store openings of the year are from major brands making their USA debuts—The Kooples, & Other Stories, and COS—and Racked has everything you need to know.

3) Chelsea: The Brooklyn-based marketplace Artist & Fleas has a new permanent home in Chelsea Market. They signed a five-year lease for a 4,000-square-foot space, and plan to host 30 vendors at a time.

4) Brooklyn: In other hipster artsy market news, the Brooklyn Flea is returning to its outdoor locations in Fort Greene, Park Slope, and Dumbo for spring.
