BILLIONAIRE'S ROW—A tipster pointed out that a teaser site for the Zeckendorf-developed, Robert A.M. Stern-designed 520 Park Avenue has launched. Unfortunately it doesn't fess up much more information than we were already privy to. It does, however, state the single-floor units will be 4,600-square-feet, duplexs will be 9,350-square-feet, and triplexs—although if there's to be more than one is not yet known—will measure an insane 12,400-square-feet. The megatower will rise 51 stories and have only 31 units. Sales for the building launched the week of March 25. The limestone marvel is expected in 2017. [CurbedWire inbox; previously]

BOERUM HILL—The MTA bunker turned upscale apartment development at 166 Smith Street is fully leased. The building, whose base is currently occupied by contested athletic brand Lululemon, is composed of one-bedrooms to three-bedroom duplexes. Brownstoner reports that each unit comes with private outdoor space that's equipped with lights, outlets and running water. The building hit the market last summer, asking a monthly rate between $4,750 and $7,995. The last unit to rent, a duplex, leased for $6,395 per month, significantly down from the initial ask of $7,995. ['Stoner; previously]
