In Contract

New, 1 comment

Last week the Post reported that Tishman Speyer was interested in purchasing the west side development site that could possibly hold a 1,800-foot tall, 1.2-million-square-foot tower, dubbed the Hudson Spire. And now, the site, on 10th Avenue between 34th and 35th Streets, is officially in contract, according to the Massey Knakal listing. The buyer could also snatch up an adjacent parcel for an even bigger building. If the buyer really is Tishman Speyer, that makes things very interesting—the developer was the original winner of the Hudson Yards bid back in 2008 before that deal soured and Related took over.
