This week's top dish from Eater NY, Curbed's restaurant, bar, and nightlife blog...

1) Battery Park City: The long-in-the-works restaurant and entertainment complex in Pier A should finally open this June. It will have a 600-person capacity hall with oyster stations, picnic tables, and a bar, as well as private dining rooms.

2) Flatiron District: The Tacombi team is opening an all-day giant Mexican market called Cafe El Presidente on West 24th Street. In addition to a tacqueria, the place will offer fresh tortillas, made on-site, and a few small grocers.

3) Everywhere: Prepare thyself, for it is ramp season. Here's where you can eat the sneaky green vegetables.

4) Financial District: Hudson Eats, the forthcoming dining hall of Brookfield Place, has amassed an all-star line-up of eating options, including Umami Burger, Mighty Quinn's, and Blue Ribbon Sushi. This week, Black Seed, a new wood-fired bagel shop, was added to the mix.
