North 7th Street Development Gets a New, Better-Lit Render

New, 3 comments

A formerly stalled site in Williamsburg gets another rendering, indicating that Adam America, the sites third developer, will be the one who finally makes something of 247 North 7th Street. First spotted by BBH, the new renderings do not feature the carport seen in the site's first batch, although it isn't clear if the images are from the same vantage point. The development will consist of two 7-story buildings with a total of 169 units. Building amenities will include a 24-hour doorman, lounge, fitness center, two roof decks, attendant parking garage, bike room, storage facilities and the requisite pet spa.

Adam America purchased the site in 2013 from Silverstone Property Group, who bought the parcel for $21.6 million in 2012 from Rieder Holdings. Building permits for the site were filed in 2006.
