Growing Google

New, 6 comments

Google is looking to expand its office space in Manhattan and is currently searching for a new home that will house some 3,000 employees. Google already occupies 750,000 square feet in Chelsea, and the company wants an additional 600,000 square feet (the equivalent of about half the Chrysler Building). Options include 450 West 33rd Street (pictured), which is being made over as part of Brookfield's Manhattan West, and the former St. Johns Terminal Building at 550 Washington Street in the West Village.
