Karl Fischer Building Replacing Williamsburg Flea Market

The Rabsky Group, developers of such Karl Fischer-designed projects as 377 Flushing Avenue and 564 St. Johns Place, are letting Fischer do his thing again at the site of the former Meeker Avenue Vintage and Antique Warehouse, described on Yelp as a good place to buy "Overpriced hipster nonsense." Rabsky purchased the site, located at 88 Richardson Street, in 2012 for $18 million and are in the process of constructing a seven-story residential building there. A construction fence rendering (above) was captured by Brownstoner, and depicts what could be described as yet another non-hideous Karl Fischer design. (There have been a few of those lately.) 88 Richardson will contain 188 units and appears to be nearly topped out already.
