Yet another lawsuit has been filed in an attempt to stop the controversial $300M renovation proposed for the New York Public Library. This one comes from a group of scholars who argue that approvals for the project were rushed through without an adequate environmental review. The lawsuit says the Bloomberg quick administration's decision on the plan "is no better than a hastily prepared book report that a group of fourth-grade boys might have rushed to complete after an extended game of kickball during recess."
