TF Cornerstone's Last East Coast Building Is Leasing in LIC

Apartments in TF Cornerstone's sixth, massive Long Island City waterfront structure at 46-10 Center Boulevard have arrived. The 26-story, 584-unit building is the last installment in the developer's East Coast complex, which brought 2,100 dwellings to the area. Apartments in the Arquitectonica-designed building, which is known for quite literally embracing the iconic Pepsi Cola sign that stands nearby by curving around it, range from studios to three-bedrooms. The building's interiors were designed by Yabu Pushelberg, also behind One57's Park Hyatt and One Madison, and feature stainless steel appliances, glossy white cabinets, custom closets, wood strip floors, and floor-to-ceiling windows. Studios are priced from $2,160, one-bedrooms from $2,800, and two- and three- bedrooms from $3,890 and $5,330, respectively. Units range in size from 490-square-feet to 1,318-square-feet. Building amenities include a club room, private garden, landscaped terraces, a 24-hour concierge, and a fitness center. Sound appealing? The folks over at Brownstoner said they heard there's already a waiting list to move in.
