After being de-listed in January, Jon Bon Jovi's penthouse at 158 Mercer Street is back with new listing photos, a new broker, and a new asking price. The rocker originally listed the 7,452-square-foot duplex last March for $42 million (after unsuccessfully searching for a buyer off-market), but six months later, the price was reduced to $39.9 million in September before it disappeared from the market. And now the price has been chopped again, down to $37.5 million. Bon Jovi bought the place in 2007 for $24 million and decided to sell after a renovation. The home has six bedrooms, a few fireplaces, a media room, and a very nice rooftop deck. Will the place finally find a buyer or will it go down in a blaze of glory?
