Unexpectedly, the Plaza Hotel's lawsuit against the city and Citibank over the bike rack outside the venerable institution may actually have legs. A Manhattan judge that has already dismissed two other anti-Citi Bike lawsuits from different groups says that this suit has "a different approach from the other two," and may be worth hearing.
