Live in Brooklyn Heights' Old Police Precinct for $2.5M and Up

New, 4 comments

Yet another one of the gazillion developments to hit the market this spring has launched sales. This time, it's 72 Poplar, a former police station in Brooklyn Heights that's being converted to condos by the Daten Group and Freyer Architects. BuzzBuzz first spotted the first three units to hit the market: a 3BR/3BA on the second floor for $2,550,000, a slightly larger one on the third floor for $2,800,000, and the full-floor, 2,000-square-foot penthouse, complete with an enormous terrace on three sides, for $3,995,000. Amenities include a gym, lounge, storage, and parking. Back to the floorplan porn above: one marketing rep called the penthouse "a lily in a pond of amazing outdoor space." More photographic evidence, please?
