Kiefer Sutherland's Former Townhouse Back on the Market

New, 9 comments

Actor Kiefer Sutherland had great success flipping the four-story townhouse at 763 Greenwich Street that he purchased in 2008. After paying $8.2 million for the home, he enlisted designer Steven Gambrel for a gut renovation, put the place back on the market in 2012 and, within 24 hours, had sold it for $17.5 million. Now the new LLC-shielder owner is trying his or her hand at a flip, and has put the townhouse back on the market for $22 million. It has already been 24 hours, so Sutherland's record will stand, but at least no additional renovation money was required. The 2009 reno left the house with an " Apple based Savant System" that controls the "audio and video, lighting control systems, security, climate, communications, internet and ancillary services," as well as multiple fireplaces, arched doors, an elevator, a roof deck, and more.
