A few more details have emerged about a new Toll Brothers project on West 17th Street, thanks to some permit filings spotted by the eagle-eyed New York YIMBY. It'll be 200-foot-tall ground-up new construction with 19 floors housing 55 apartments over 91,714 square feet of space. Accounting for the 5,231 square feet of ground-floor retail, that still means homes would be around 1,600 square feet apiece. Duplexes will occupy the top floors of 55 West 17th, and the penthouse will also be two levels. Oh, and Curbed favorite Morris Adjmi is listed as the architect of record. [YIMBY; previously]
