Another Court Square rental is gearing up for launch. The Pearson at 45-50 Pearson Street will bring 197 apartments to the Long Island City microhood. Details about pricing for the studio to two-bedroom units are slim right now, but apartment fixtures will include wide-plank oak flooring, double-pane windows, stainless steel appliances, and Grohe fixtures, says BBH. While all apartments will have individually controlled heating and cooling, only some residences will have an in-unit washer and dryer and/or terrace. Building amenities will include a 24-hour doorman, landscaped terraces on the second and tenth floors, a roof deck, a gym and yoga studio, an outdoor basketball court, bicycle storage, indoor parking, and on-site rental cars.
The industrial-style building was developed by L+M Development Partners and designed by SLCE Architects, who are seeking LEED certification for the structure. Leasings will launch this spring.
