We've got a live one, folksa few, in fact. The first units in the Annabelle Selldorf-designed condo building rising at 10 Bond Street have hit the market (h/t BuzzBuzz Home). There's currently a 2,775-square-foot 3BR/3.5BA asking $6.9 million (3E) and a $5.3 million 1,866-square-foot two-bedroom (6W), and reps say two more listings should also go live today. The listings only have floorplans and the previously released exterior rendering, so we still don't have a visual of the interiors, also designed by Selldorf, but the listings provide some new details. There will be open kitchens, 10'10" ceilings, master suites with big closets and windowed bathrooms, and 8'4" casement windows with "electronically-controlled exterior shades."
Here's how the brokerbabble describes the interiors:
Every aspect of the interiors has been detailed by Selldorf Architects; 5" wide solid Douglas Fir floors, solid mahogany window sills, automated lighting and window shade control by Lutron Homeworks, filtered fresh water, 4-pipe heating and air conditioning systems ducted to seamless slot diffusers, and fully-vented laundry equipment. The kitchen is composed of lacquered Italian millwork, marble slab countertops, hand-made Dutch tile backsplash, vented cooktops, garbage disposal, pantry storage, and appliances by Subzero, Miele, Wolf, and Gaggenau. The windowed Master Bath is sheathed in marble slabs, with custom mahogany vanity millwork, floating tub, glass-enclosed shower, heated floors, and fixtures by Lefroy Brooks. The building is being developed by SK Development, Ironstate Development and the Chetrit Group, and it will hold 11 units total, including a townhouse with a private garage, a penthouse with landscaped terraces, and nine two- to three-bedrooms.
