It turns out that the Plaza Hotel's anti-Citi Bike lawsuit didn't have legs after all. Although the presiding judge, Cynthia Kern faked like she might be willing to consider the hotel's argument, she ended up throwing out the case yesterday, saying that the 147-foot-long bike rack "does not significantly affect the scale, visual prominence or visual context of these landmarks." This is the third lawsuit seeking to remove a Citi Bike rack that Kern has dismissed. [NYP; previously]
