The Kohn Pedersen Fox-designed condo building at 27 Wooster Street has been in the works for nearly five years, and while the units still aren't on the market, we finally have a look at the interiors. Buzz Buzz Home spotted the new renderings on the building's website, which also has floorplans for half of the 16 units. Danish designer Thomas Juul-Hansen designed the interiors with wide plank white oak floors, Smallbone kitchens, and marble bathrooms. The "standard" unit measures 2,500 square feet and include three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. Several units have private balconies, while the 6,700-square-foot penthouse has a 3,140-square-foot rooftop terrace paved with Pennsylvania bluestone. Pricing is expected to be around $2,500 per square foot.
