Checking In on Fulton Center; AptsAndLofts Enters Bed-Stuy

New, 5 comments

BED-STUY—Brokerage firm has a new office in Bed-Stuy, and it's pretty spiffy,

Keeping true to's neighborhood-centric philosophy, the office features materials and design elements from several local Brooklyn suppliers. Additional features of the office include a fully landscaped backyard with a communal work area including WiFi, BBQ, outdoor brick oven and koi pond.

The 2,000-square-foot office at 308 Malcolm X Blvd is the third storefront the growing firm has opened in Brooklyn. Durukan Design is responsible for the interiors. [CurbedWire inbox]

FIDI—The forever-in-construction Fulton Center might actually be getting somewhere—maybe. A tipster sent us this photo that looks towards the transit hub's massive retail component. The MTA still quotes the hub as opening in June 2014, but looking here, we'll be impressed if they can keep that charade up. [CurbedWire inbox; previously]
