A First Look At Nolita's Newest Conversion, 25 Prince Street

New, 5 comments

Broker and irrepressible reality TV presence Fredrik Eklund is a prolific user of Instagram, frequently using the site to unveil new developments and correspond with potential buyers. (As is his Million Dollar Listing New York co-star Ryan Serhant, for that matter.) Yesterday, Eklund posted the rendering above, our first look at Nolita condo conversion 25 Prince Street. Developer North Wind Group Omnia Group, the same folks behind the new Ace Hotel on the Bowery, is taking a four-story prewar walkup—where apartments were renting from $2,000 to $2,500 per month—plopping two more floors on top, and debuting three "high-end residential units" as well as a retail condo on the ground floor, with tenant Gant Rugger in place through 2018. Work included tacking on a "brand new facade, opening floor-to-ceiling windows, adding an elevator and completely gutting the interiors." Eklund tells Curbed sales will launch "any day" now. Pricing? It'll probably be high.
