GREENWICH VILLAGE—The garage-to-condos conversion at 17 East 12th Street is nearing completion as a tipster reports that signage was installed around the building earlier this week, and the building's teaser site has appeared online. The 11-story building designed by Bromley Caldari Architects will have nine floor-through units at 4,500-square-feet with a duplex occupying the building's top two floors. Rigby Asset Management bought the property for $50 million in August 2013, marking "the highest price ever paid for a condo conversion site." [CurbedWire inbox; previously]

DOWNTOWN BROOKLYN—The International Society for Krishna Consciousness, aka the Hare Krishna movement, is looking to sell their US headquarters in Downtown Brooklyn. The sale could net the society over $60 million for their 34,000-square-foot property at 295-309 Schermerhorn Street. The site, occupied by the movement since 1983, has 155-feet of frontage along Schermerhorn Street. Sources told TRD that the society is looking for a new home in Queens, where the bulk of its members live. [TRD]
