PriceSpotter is Curbed's asking price guessing game. We provide you with some details and pictures from an apartment listing, and you take a crack at the price in the comments. Tomorrow we reveal the answer. And hey, no cheating!

What/Where: 12th-floor 1BR/1BA in a Sutton Place co-op
Maintenance: $1,674

Wacky decorating aside, there's a lot of things to like about this Sutton Place co-op, chief among them the 163-square-foot west-facing terrace, which spans the length of the apartment. There's also a wood-burning fireplace and an area between the kitchen and foyer that can be put to some kind of use (the floorplan calls it a dining area). The apartment also boasts plenty of closet space and some built-in shelves, and hey, if bright purple paint, ceiling fabric that matches the couch, and cowhide-patterned chairs are your thing, well, you're in luck. What do you think this co-op is asking? Make your guesses in the comments.
