Park Slope Meets True Detective in This $500,000 Co-op

New, 4 comments

Welcome back to The Six Digit Club, in which we take a look at a newish-to-market listing priced under $1 million, because nice things sometimes come in small packages. Send nominations to the tipline.

This fourth-floor walkup a block from Prospect Park wouldn't be particularly notable if it weren't for the fact that its decorated like the Yellow King's lair from True Detective. (Or, for those of you not familiar with the series, it's decorated like somebody took a bunch of tangled up twigs and fixed them to all the ceilings.) Twig latticework (and all those stairs) aside, it's actually a pretty nice apartment, though, especially with its asking price of only $498,000. It last sold for $236,000 about three years ago, unless you consider that time is a flat circle and everything we've ever done or will do we're gonna do over and over and over again.
