Yesterday, Stuy Town overlord CW Capital announced that it is foreclosing on parts of the complex's debt, and many speculated that this was the first step in reselling the 80-acre property. And it seems that is true: sources say that Fortress Investment Group, which owns CW Capital, is preparing a $4.7 billion bid for the apartment complex.
