Jake Gyllenhaal Checks Out Rare 1828 Tribeca Townhouse

New, 6 comments

The almost-two-century-old Federal-style townhouse at 37 Harrison Street is — on the outside, at least — an extremely charming little place asking $3.75 million, and it could be getting an extremely charming owner as actor Jake Gyllenhaal was recently spotted looking at the landmarked home, according to the Post. Gyllenhaal has apparently been looking to buy a place in Lower Manhattan for at least the past six months — he toured a Soho penthouse back in December, so he must not be too particular on the type of apartment he gets. It sounds like the $3.5- to $4 million range is his wheelhouse, though.
