Charlie Corwin is the producer behind Swamp People and other likeminded shows about regular folks and their wacky jobs, as well as prestige indie dramas like Half Nelson and the criminally underappreciated The Squid and the Whale. Now, he's offering up his Tribeca apartment for rent, as he and his family plans to relocate to LA.
The four-bedroom, 3,200-square-foot apartment is located in the always ostentatious, Jay-Z-powered 195 Hudson Street, and features a lot of what you might expect from a person with a lot of money and questionable taste: there's a pink velvet divan, bathrooms literally covered in black marble, a white piano, ugly contemporary art, black jewel chandeliers, and absurd golden columns (regrettably, it lacks mirrors on the ceilings).
The place is leasing for $27,500/month.
