Cornell Tech Gets New Renders; Juul-Hansen Talks 505W19

ROOSEVELT ISLAND—A few new renderings of Cornell Tech's Roosevelt Island campus have surfaced via a tipster. The campus's residential tower was initially unveiled last week in a presentation of the proposed 26-story building to Community Board 8. The design by Handel Architects won the board's approval, just barely. The renderings represent Cornell Tech's phase one of construction. Phases two and three may not rise for another 25 years.
