Yesterday brought mega-exciting news that the hotel slated for Victorian atrium-laden 5 Beekman Street is set to open in 2015 and that condos in the adjacent Nassau Street tower will launch sales this summer. One more little development: a teaser site for the 68 luxury apartments, now dubbed The Beekman Residences, just launched, affirming that sales are near and that owners can advantage of the hotel's social spaces.
