With all the talk about its height and its security breaches and people jumping off its top, One World Trade Center's actual mission in lifeto be an office building with living, breathing tenantshas been pushed to the back burner. But now the Post's Steve Cuozzo reports that fashion giant Hugo Boss is scoping out 100,000 square feet, and marketing software-making company Percolate is in talks for another 50K. The tower's 3 million square feet are currently about 55 percent leased. There haven't been any new ones inked since 2012, though, so it's about time. [NYP; previously]
