A 2,512-square-foot three-bedroom in the Limestone Jesus just sold for $13.07 million. The seller was
Evan Cole a man who has made his living selling people stuff for their apartments, so feel free to harshly judge all of the furnishings in his home, which do look pretty nice an investment manager. It has the standard 15 Central Park West look (soft colors, kind of boring, this-is-where-a-rich-person-lives) and has three exposures. One thing it does not have? Unobstructed Central Park Views. It was originally listed it for $14.95 million in June 2013, and the price dropped to $13.9 million a few months later.
UPDATE: Curbed originally source his story from the Post, which reported that Evan Cole was the seller, but Michael Gross, an expert on 15 Central Park West, points out that Cole actually sold the unit in 2008 to Roxanne and Daniel Martino. Curbed regrets the error.
