Extell Slays Lower East Side Pathmark in Pursuit of New Tower

New, 1 comment

Lord Extell's serfs are busy at work at the future site of the company's 68-story Lower East Side tower. For three weeks now the beholden have been deconstructing the former Pathmark—the same inescapable fate the development company's East Harlem Pathmark acquisition will suffer. The lot at 227 Cherry Street is in the company of NYCHA structures the Rutgers Houses. The inbound 787-apartment tower will, by Bowery Boogie's estimation, rise three times as high as its neighbors.
