DOMINOTwo Trees Management Company seems to be trying to establish their street cred. The development magnate has commissioned local street artists Aakash Nihalani, Hellbent, and Rubin to create a series of murals along a five-block stretch of Kent Avenue between South Fifth Street and Grand Street at the Domino Sugar site. The murals of DOMINO Walls will represent each artist's largest work to date and will partially overlap with Kara Walker's A Subtlety. Two Trees will also reopen Havemeyer Park and Brooklyn Bike Park, interim community spaces which will eventually be consumed by the company's massive development at the site.
