Rooftop Pool, $11,500 Pad Will Define New East Village Rental

New, 2 comments

The Nathaniel, the Village's newest batch of self-important luxury rentals, is looking close to complete, and some pricing intel and new renderings backs up that the Karl Fischer-designed building just might be on-target for a summer arrival. According to the Post, pricing for the 85 luxury rentals starts at $3,470 for a studio, $4,600 for a one-bedroom, $6,650 for a two-bedroom, and $11,500 for a three-bedroom. Well, at least at that price renters get an in-unit washer and dryer. EVG also points out that residents will have use of the building's rooftop sun lounge with reflection pool (note: that means it's not actually for swimming), gym, club room, and bike storage. The site was formerly, of course, a parking lot.
