Astoria Gets New Seven-Story Residential Project

New, 1 comment

A new seven-story residential project is nearing completion in Astoria. The so-called Milan Condominium—located at 30-25 21st Street—features 22 units, with pricing ranging from $359,000 for studios, up to $975,000 for four-bedrooms. The apartments—which will be marketed by the Corcoran Group—feature beamed ceilings, central AC, hardwood flooring, and washer-dryer hookups, and it looks like quite a few have private balconies.

Angelo Ng & Anthony Ng Architects Studio handled the building's design, and to be honest, there's not too much to say. It's not made out of glass, so that's something right?!
