Hell's Kitchen Rental-Hotel Launches After Five-Year Delay

New, 1 comment

It's taken over five years to limp onto the market, but it's finally arrived: Hell's Kitchen's Cassa Hotel and Residences at 515 Ninth Avenue—not to be confused with the slightly southern property of the same name—is officially up for grabs. Of the building's twelve stories, floors five and above house Cassa's 108 rentals, ranging from studios to three-bedrooms, where pricing stretches from $3,200 to $10,150. Those taking up in the rentals will have access to amenities like a landscaped rooftop with "spa tub," usage of the hotel's lounge, fitness center, and private storage, as well as access to the hotel's amenities like in-room massages, room service, and dry cleaning—at an additional cost, of course.

The uncertainty surrounding the stumbling property, formerly to be known as Galerie 515, has been put to rest: a press release clarifies that Goldstein, Hill & West, not Costas Kondylis, is behind the surprisingly modern exterior while The Chetrit Group and Assa Properties codeveloped the site. The interiors were handled by Raad.
