A new building has been revealed for the corner of Kent Avenue and North 7th Street in Williamsburg, and while it masquerades like mostly every new development in the area, there's a catch: the pretty massive, seven-story building with ground floor retail will be a single-family residence. Designed by Michael Muroff Architect, the building will have 3,000-square-feet of commercial space and 9,771-square-feet of residential space. YIMBY eyed that the residence will have private elevator access, an underground garage elevator, and a third floor infinity pool. The construction of the massive manse will see the combining of three lots on Kent Avenue, lending the building the address 119-123 Kent Avenue. No word yet on pricing, but it will probably be pretty astronomical.
