Another big glass dystopian living-box/residential building will soon rise in Prospect Heights, courtesy of Read Property Group (not—strangely enough—Boaz Gilad), best known as the developer behind the controversial Rheingold Brewery project.
The building at 670 Pacific Street will eventually rise eight stories, and will have 86 one- and two-bedroom units measuring 61,058 square feet in total. It will also have a roof deck, bike storage, recreation space, and parking. Additionally, Read will be merging the lots at 670, 674, and 678 Pacific Street, with demolition plans already approved for 670 and 674.
The architect of record on the project is Kutnicki Bernstein Architects.
