A judge asked Brooklyn Health Partners, the winning bidder in the fight to buy and redevelop Long Island College Hospital, to withdraw its lawsuit against SUNY, the flagging medical facility's operator. BHP complied, but negotiations are ongoing since it owes SUNY, which doubts BHP's ability to carry out its proposal, a $25 million nonrefundable deposit, oh, today.
