Leonardo DiCaprio is officially the owner of a 2BR/2.5BA condo in the eco-conscious Delos building at 66 East 11th Street that he helped develop. The award-winning actor reportedly closed on a $10 million unit under the anonymous company "Malibu Colony PCH Property LLC."
