A full sales launch appears to be imminent for Silverstein Properties' new Robert A.M. Stern-designed tower rising at 30 Park Place. Tribeca Citizen reports that sales agents are now contacting anyone who signed up for more information on the teaser site, sending out additional pricing details and floorplans—some of which TC got his hands on. Some Tribeca resident seeking a two-bedroom unit sent TC the layouts, which show the two-bedroom configurations for units on floors 40 to 63 (the lower half of the building's condo portion). The 2BR/2.5BA units range in size from 1,434 to 1,775 square feet, and they all have enclosed kitchens and formal entertaining spaces. Prices for these homes range from $3.65 million to $4.7 million; one-bedrooms are expected to start around $2.5 million, and the most expensive home will be a $60 million duplex penthouse.

The lower half of the building will be occupied by a Four Seasons hotel, and condo residents will have access to all of the hotel amenities, including a three-lane pool, fitness center, and spa, plus residents-only amenities, like a screening room, yoga studio, and a double-height conservatory with a baby grand piano." There will be 157 condos total, spread across floors 39 to 82, and in addition to the $60M whopper, there will be 11 other penthouses. As for the pricing of other units, three-bedrooms will start at $4.5M, four-bedrooms at $8.4M, and five-bedrooms at $17M. The building should be complete sometime in 2016.
