432 Park Avenue is really working to sustain the mystical illusion surrounding it, one of the city's highest of high-end developments. The latest: two new apartments have entered the market; the $76.5 million penthouse spanning the full 88th floor, and the $32.25 million 66th-floor Residence B. While neither floorplan is newthe 88th floor penthouse shares the same layout as floors 85 through 87, and the 66th floor Residence B shares its layout with floors 62 through 73that doesn't much quell the excitement surrounding the ultra-lux building. "What I would give... ," wrote commenter mrdzine on a previous 432 Park post, "the spareness and spaciousness of the spaces are breathtaking."
The new apartments join four other active listings, from the $21.75 million 3BR, 3BA Residence 83A to the $79.5 million 6BR, 10BA 92nd floor penthouse. Previously, the floorplan-sharing 86th and 87th floor penthouses came onto the market at $73.5 million and $74.5 million, respectively, but are now listed on StreetEasy as "no longer available." Whether de-listed or claimed by buyers is yet unclear, but one thing's sure: the slow doling-out of 432 Park listing porn is no doubt keeping eyes towards the city's (briefly) tallest inhabitable tower to-be.
