Anne Hathaway Dreams of Ditching $4.25M Clocktower Loft

New, 28 comments

Life killed the dream Anne Hathaway dreamt when, after listing her Clocktower Building loft of only one year, the actress yanked the DUMBO property from the market for failure-to-sell. Six months later, 6sqft points out the resilient Fantine Hathaway is bringing the 2BR, 3.5BA loft back. Asking $4.25 million this go-around—down from September's listing at $4.5 million—the pad's seen some updates by David Howell and much-needed staging. If the 2,592-square-foot loft was only used as a closet for the starlet, as the Post speculated when Hathaway first tried to dump it, at the end of the day, it's still a closet with great views.
