A former synagogue at 3 West 16th Street has hit the market for $30 million. After 68 years in the building, the synagogue was evicted last year following a decade-long legal battle. The six-story building holds 1,500 square feet of ground floor retail, 12,750 square feet of newly renovated apartments, and 3,134 square feet of development rights. Owner Jack Braha is marketing the property himself. [NYO]
